Privacy Notice

This Eggy League Privacy Notice explains, in plain terms, what personal data Play Solana processes when you access or use Eggy League, including competitive match play, in-game purchases, match history, replay features, leaderboards, tournaments, wallet-based features, and related support.

This Notice is written in English, which is the version that governs. We may provide translations for convenience, and if a translation ever differs from the English version, the English version is the one that applies.

In this Notice, Play Solana, we, us, or our means Play Solana LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of the Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis (RAK DAO) in the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at RAK DAO Business Centre, Al Rifaa, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Ras Al Khaimah.

This Notice applies only to Eggy League. It is designed to explain the specific data processed by the game in a direct and app-specific way, as required for app review, app distribution, platform transparency, and user information. Where this Notice and the Global Privacy Policy ever differ on a question of personal data, the Global Privacy Policy governs the full legal framework, unless this Notice gives a more specific description of how Eggy League works.

Age restrictions

Eggy League is not intended for users below the minimum age required under applicable law and the Eggy League Competition Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the legal age. If we learn that we have collected such data without valid consent, we will delete it as required by law.

Risks of digital and blockchain technologies

Eggy League uses wallet-based and on-chain features. Blockchain activity carries risks that no company can fully remove. Wallet addresses and transaction data may be public. On-chain transactions are generally irreversible. Digital assets may be volatile. Blockchain networks, wallets, devices, and third-party infrastructure may fail, delay, fork, or be exploited.

Play Solana is not a custodian. We do not store, control, or recover your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. You remain responsible for keeping your wallet, device, and credentials safe.

For more detail, please see the "Risks of Digital and Blockchain Technologies" section of the Global Privacy Policy and Sections 1.4, 1.12, 1.23, 2.5, 3.4, 4.3, and 4.10.

1. What Eggy League data is

1.1 Eggy League data means the information processed when you access or use Eggy League, including your wallet public key, optional display name, limited device-type or platform signal, match history, gameplay statistics, replay input data, tournament and leaderboard data, on-chain purchase data, match stake data, support data, and terms acceptance records.

1.2 Some Eggy League data may be personal data if it relates to an identified or identifiable person. For example, a wallet public key may be personal data where it can reasonably be linked to a person. The Global Privacy Policy explains "Personal Data" in Section 1.14 and "Processing" in Section 1.15.

1.3 Eggy League data is mainly pseudonymous. This means it is generally linked to your Solana wallet public key rather than to your real-world name, email address, phone number, or government identity document. A wallet public key does not directly tell us who you are, but it may become linked to your real-world identity if you disclose that connection elsewhere or if blockchain activity is analysed by third parties.

1.4 Blockchain Data and On-Chain Interactions are explained in Sections 1.4 and 1.12 of the Global Privacy Policy. Wallets are explained in Section 1.23.

2. Who is responsible for Eggy League data

2.1 Play Solana LTD is responsible for deciding how and why personal data is processed in connection with Eggy League, except where an independent third party processes data for its own purposes.

2.2 The Global Privacy Policy explains the concept of "Controller" in Section 1.6 and the concept of "Processor" in Section 1.16.

2.3 If you access Eggy League through a third-party device, mobile ecosystem, app store, wallet, marketplace, blockchain network, or distribution channel, that third party may process data separately under its own terms and privacy policy. Play Solana does not control how independent third parties process data for their own purposes.

2.4 Third-party applications and integrations are explained in Section 4.3 of the Global Privacy Policy. Residual risks of third-party processing are explained in Section 4.10.

3. Account, wallet and profile data

3.1 We use your Solana wallet public key as your main identifier in Eggy League. Your wallet public key is used to identify your in-game profile, enable wallet-based gameplay features, record match activity, process in-game transactions, associate gameplay data with your profile, and support competitive match play.

3.2 You may choose to set an optional display name. If you set one, we process it so it can appear in the game, including in lobbies, tournaments, leaderboards, match screens, and related gameplay features.

3.3 We do not require your email address, phone number, real-world name, or government-issued identity document to play Eggy League.

3.4 This type of data is covered by Sections 1.4, 1.14, 1.19, 1.23, 2.5, 3.4, and 3.9 of the Global Privacy Policy.

4. Device-type and platform data

4.1 Eggy League may process a limited device-type or platform signal to understand whether the game is being accessed through a PSG1 device or through a Solana Seeker-compatible environment.

4.2 This signal is used for compatibility, support, troubleshooting, correct operation of the game, platform-specific behaviour, and platform integrity. It is not used to collect your real-world identity.

4.3 This is not intended to be a broad collection of device identity data. Based on the current implementation, the purpose is essentially to detect whether the user is accessing Eggy League through PSG1 or, if not, through a Solana Seeker-compatible environment.

4.4 Device and software data are covered by Sections 1.10, 1.19, 1.20, 2.3, 2.4, 3.3, 3.9, and 3.11 of the Global Privacy Policy.

5. Gameplay data

5.1 When you play Eggy League, we process gameplay data needed to operate the game, record results, support competitive match play, maintain fair play, keep the game secure, and provide gameplay features.

5.2 This may include match history, match result, score, skin used, powerups used, match duration, lobby or tournament, games won, games lost, goals scored, leaderboard points, tournament points, and other aggregate gameplay statistics.

5.3 We use this data to operate matches, display gameplay history, calculate results, maintain leaderboards and tournaments, prevent abuse, detect prohibited conduct, resolve disputes, and improve game functionality.

5.4 Gameplay and software usage data are covered by Sections 2.3, 2.4, 2.13, 3.3, 3.9, 3.11, 3.12, and 3.13 of the Global Privacy Policy.

6. Replay data

6.1 Eggy League may store match replay data for playback, review, support, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, abuse detection, platform integrity, and gameplay improvement.

6.2 Replay data does not mean video recording, audio recording, screen recording, microphone recording, camera recording, or recording of your real-world environment.

6.3 Based on the current implementation, replay data means gameplay input data, such as the buttons or inputs clicked during a match, together with the technical information needed to reconstruct or review the match.

6.4 This type of data is covered by Sections 2.3, 2.4, 3.3, 3.9, 3.11, 3.12, and 3.13 of the Global Privacy Policy.

7. In-game purchase and on-chain transaction data

7.1 When you make in-game purchases in Eggy League, the purchase is processed on-chain.

7.2 We may process purchase and transaction-related data, including the transaction identifier, wallet public key, token used for payment, item purchased, quantity purchased, price, timestamp, and related on-chain metadata.

7.3 Because these purchases are on-chain, transaction data may be public, permanent, and outside Play Solana's control once recorded on a blockchain network. Play Solana cannot erase, reverse, amend, or hide public blockchain records.

7.4 We process this data to enable purchases, confirm transactions, deliver purchased items, maintain purchase records, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and enforce applicable terms.

7.5 On-chain and wallet-related data are covered by Sections 1.4, 1.12, 1.23, 2.5, 3.4, 3.9, 3.10, 4.3, and 4.10 of the Global Privacy Policy.

8. Match stake data

8.1 If you participate in Eggy League competitive match play, we may process data relating to match stakes.

8.2 This may include the amount of $PLAY committed to a match, the match result, the amount won or lost, aggregate totals of match stakes won and lost, infrastructure fee-related records, transaction identifiers, wallet public key, timestamp, and related gameplay or transaction metadata.

8.3 We use the term "match stake data" because Eggy League competitive match play is designed as skill-based competitive gameplay. This data is processed to operate competitive match play, calculate outcomes, maintain user profiles, support leaderboards or tournament features, detect abuse, prevent value transfer outside genuine competitive gameplay, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce the Eggy League Competition Terms.

8.4 Match stake data may include on-chain data. On-chain data may be public, permanent, and outside Play Solana's control.

8.5 This type of data is covered by Sections 1.4, 1.12, 2.5, 3.4, 3.9, 3.10, 3.12, 3.13, 4.3, and 4.10 of the Global Privacy Policy.

9. Terms acceptance and consent records

9.1 When you accept the Eggy League Competition Terms, this Notice, or any other in-game legal notice, we may record the version you accepted, the time of acceptance, and the wallet, profile, or account to which the acceptance relates.

9.2 We process this data to show which terms applied when you used Eggy League, to operate the game, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce applicable terms.

9.3 This type of data is covered by Sections 3.1, 3.9, 3.10, 3.12, and 3.13 of the Global Privacy Policy.

10. Support data

10.1 If you contact us about Eggy League, we may process the information you send to us, including your message, support request, screenshots or attachments you choose to provide, wallet public key, display name, match information, transaction identifiers, device-type or platform signal, and technical details needed to investigate the issue.

10.2 We use this data to respond to you, troubleshoot problems, verify transactions, review match issues, investigate abuse, provide support, and resolve disputes.

10.3 Support data is covered by Sections 2.6, 3.5, 3.9, 3.10, 3.12, 4.2, 6.2, and 6.8 of the Global Privacy Policy.

11. What Eggy League does not collect

11.1 Based on the current Eggy League implementation, Eggy League does not collect email addresses, phone numbers, real-world names, government-issued identity documents, precise location data, cookies, or cross-site tracking data.

11.2 Based on the current Eggy League implementation, Eggy League does not collect IP addresses at the application layer.

11.3 This does not mean that no IP address or technical network data is ever processed anywhere in the wider technical chain. Hosting providers, blockchain infrastructure, wallet providers, device providers, operating systems, app stores, distribution channels, security providers, or other independent third parties may process technical data under their own systems, terms, and privacy policies.

11.4 If you visit a Play Solana website, store, or web page, separate website cookie and similar technology rules may apply. Cookies and similar technologies are explained in Sections 1.7, 2.10, and 11 of the Global Privacy Policy.

12. How your data is identified

12.1 Eggy League data is mainly keyed to your Solana wallet public key.

12.2 A Solana wallet public key is publicly visible on the blockchain. It is not, by itself, your real-world name, email address, phone number, or government identity document. However, a wallet public key may become linked to your real-world identity if you disclose that association elsewhere, use the same wallet across other services, or if blockchain activity is analysed by third parties.

12.3 Play Solana treats wallet-related data as personal data where applicable law requires it or where it can reasonably be linked to a person.

12.4 Wallet, blockchain, and personal data concepts are explained in Sections 1.4, 1.12, 1.14, 1.23, 2.5, and 3.4 of the Global Privacy Policy.

13. Why we process Eggy League data

13.1 We process Eggy League data to operate the game, create and maintain your in-game profile, enable wallet-based gameplay features, provide in-game purchases, record match results, operate lobbies, tournaments and leaderboards, store replay input data, support competitive match play, process on-chain interactions, calculate match outcomes, provide support, keep records of terms acceptance, prevent cheating, fraud, abuse and prohibited conduct, maintain security and platform integrity, comply with legal obligations, and enforce the Eggy League Competition Terms and other applicable Play Solana terms.

13.2 These purposes are covered by Sections 3.1, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12, and 3.13 of the Global Privacy Policy.

14. Legal bases

14.1 Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we mainly rely on performance of our contract with you where processing is needed to provide Eggy League, operate gameplay, enable wallet-based features, process in-game purchases, record match results, support competitive match play, and provide related features.

14.2 We rely on our legitimate interests where processing is needed to keep Eggy League secure, fair, functional, compatible, and protected against cheating, fraud, abuse, prohibited conduct, technical misuse, and platform-integrity risks.

14.3 We rely on legal obligation where processing is needed to comply with tax, accounting, sanctions, anti-fraud, consumer, regulatory, dispute-resolution, law-enforcement, or other legal duties.

14.4 Where applicable law requires consent, we will rely on consent and allow you to withdraw it as required by law.

14.5 The Global Privacy Policy explains legal bases in Sections 3.1 to 3.13.

15. Data sharing and third parties

15.1 We do not sell personal data.

15.2 We may share limited Eggy League data with service providers and technical partners where needed to operate the game, process transactions, host infrastructure, provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot technical issues, or comply with the law.

15.3 These providers may include cloud-hosting providers, game infrastructure providers, blockchain infrastructure providers, wallet providers, analytics or diagnostics providers where enabled, security providers, support providers, and relevant device, app, marketplace, or distribution platforms.

15.4 Wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, smart-contract interactions, and other on-chain metadata may be visible on public blockchain networks by design.

15.5 We may also disclose data where required by law, regulation, court order, authority request, sanctions rules, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our rights.

15.6 Data sharing and third-party processing are explained in Sections 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.5, 4.10, and 4.11 of the Global Privacy Policy.

16. Third-party platforms, wallets and blockchain networks

16.1 Eggy League may be accessed through third-party devices, mobile ecosystems, app stores, marketplaces, wallets, blockchain networks, or distribution channels.

16.2 Those third parties may process information independently under their own terms and privacy policies. Play Solana does not control their independent processing.

16.3 Starting a blockchain transaction may require your wallet address and transaction metadata to be shared with the relevant wallet, blockchain network, and infrastructure providers.

16.4 Third-party applications, integrations, wallets, and independent processing are explained in Sections 2.11, 4.3, and 4.10 of the Global Privacy Policy.

17. International transfers

17.1 Play Solana operates globally. Eggy League data may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from countries other than your own.

17.2 Where the law requires transfer safeguards, we apply the safeguards described in the Global Privacy Policy, including appropriate contractual safeguards and additional technical or organisational measures where needed.

17.3 International transfers are explained in Section 5 of the Global Privacy Policy.

18. Retention and deletion

18.1 We keep Eggy League data only for as long as needed to operate the game, provide support, keep the game secure, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, meet legal obligations, protect our rights, and maintain business continuity.

18.2 Based on the current Eggy League implementation, if your Eggy League account is removed, associated off-chain Eggy League data is deleted through cascading deletion. This may include match history, purchase records held by the game, tournament statistics, terms acceptance records, and replay input data.

18.3 This deletion does not apply to public blockchain data, because Play Solana cannot delete, erase, reverse, or hide data that has already been recorded on a public blockchain.

18.4 Limited records may also remain where retention is required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, sanctions, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, compliance, backup, or business-continuity reasons.

19. Security

19.1 We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect Eggy League data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

19.2 These measures may include access controls, role-based permissions, authentication measures, logging, monitoring, security review, credential-management practices, incident-response procedures, and vendor safeguards.

19.3 No online game, wallet, blockchain network, device, or connected service can be made completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, device, and credentials safe.

19.4 Security is explained in Section 9 of the Global Privacy Policy. User responsibility for wallets and blockchain risks is also explained in the "Risks of Digital and Blockchain Technologies" section and in Sections 1.23, 2.5, 3.4, and 9.7.

20. Children and minors

20.1 Eggy League is not intended for children below the minimum age required by applicable law and the Eggy League Competition Terms.

20.2 We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the legal age. If we learn that we have collected such data without valid consent, we will delete it as required by law.

20.3 Children and minors are covered by Sections 1.5, 2.12, and 10 of the Global Privacy Policy.

21. Cookies and cross-site tracking

21.1 Based on the current Eggy League implementation, Eggy League does not use cookies or cross-site tracking data at the application layer.

21.2 If you visit Play Solana websites, stores, landing pages, support pages, or other web-based services, separate website cookie and similar technology rules may apply.

21.3 Cookies and similar technologies are explained in Sections 1.7, 2.10, and 11 of the Global Privacy Policy.

22. Your rights

22.1 Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data. These may include the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

22.2 These rights are subject to the limits and exceptions set by applicable law. For example, we may need to keep certain data where required for legal, tax, accounting, sanctions, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, compliance, or blockchain-related reasons.
